WristPing · Last updated 3 July 2026
The short version: WristPing keeps your data on your device. It has no account system, no servers of its own, and no third-party analytics or advertising. Your heart-rate and workout data live on your iPhone and in Apple Health — nowhere else.
WristPing (the "App") is developed by ItDeveApps ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the App accesses on your device and why. If you have questions, contact us at omar.tamimid1@gmail.com.
WristPing connects to a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate wearable and logs your workouts. To do that, it uses the following, entirely on your device:
Nowhere off your device, except where you direct it. Heart-rate, workout, and profile data are stored locally on your iPhone and, when you grant Health access, in Apple Health. Apple Health data is protected by iOS and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We operate no servers and receive none of your health data.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or health data. WristPing contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Because there is no account, we never see your identity or your data.
Your workout history stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by deleting individual workouts in the App, revoking Health access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health, or deleting the App, which removes its local data. Data already written to Apple Health is managed by you in the Health app.
WristPing is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
