- How do I change my crosshair?
Go to the Loadout tab from the home screen. Browse Free and Pro crosshairs, tap to select, and use the Editor to customize size, color, rotation, and opacity.
- How do I reset my stats?
Go to Config (gear icon) and tap "Reset All Stats" at the bottom.
- Does the app work on iPad?
Yes. Custom Aim is optimized for both iPhone and iPad in landscape mode.
- Does the app collect my data?
All game data (scores, settings, crosshair preferences) is stored locally on your device. The app uses Google AdMob for advertising, which may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data. You can control ad personalization through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Why do I see ads?
Custom Aim is free to download and play. Ads help support ongoing development. Ads appear between games and are never shown during active gameplay.
- Can I change my game sensitivity preset?
Yes. Go to Config (gear icon) and select your game under Game Preset. The app supports PUBG Mobile, CoD Mobile, Free Fire, and Apex Legends sensitivity profiles.
- The app is not responding or crashes.
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store. You can also try deleting and reinstalling the app.
