By downloading, installing, or using Custom Aim: Aim Trainer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Omar Altamimi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App; (c) distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
All content within the App, including but not limited to crosshair designs, map environments, graphics, sounds, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of Omar Altamimi and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is free to download. Part of its content is free, and part is unlocked by Custom Aim Pro. Custom Aim Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription or as a single non-consumable purchase:
The current price of each plan is shown inside the App before you buy, in your local currency. Prices can differ between countries and can change; a price change never applies to a period you already paid for.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device after purchase. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
If you take the free trial, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. A subscriber who has already used the trial does not get it again.
Apple processes all payments. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We cannot issue a refund directly. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use "Restore Purchases" in the App to recover a purchase on a new device with the same Apple Account.
The App has an optional public leaderboard. If you join it, your callsign, country flag, emblem, rank, and scores become visible to other players. You are responsible for the callsign you choose.
You agree not to submit a callsign or any other content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that impersonates another person. We may remove any entry that breaks this rule, and we may block a player from the leaderboard.
Do not manipulate your scores. We may remove an entry that we believe was not produced by normal play.
You may remove your own leaderboard data at any time with "Delete Leaderboard Data" in the App's settings.
The free part of the App is supported by third-party advertising. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ads are shown at natural break points, for example between games, and do not interfere with active gameplay. Some content can be unlocked either by watching a rewarded video or by Custom Aim Pro. You may be asked to consent to personalized advertising; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead. Custom Aim Pro removes the advertisements.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The leaderboard depends on Apple's iCloud service and can be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omar Altamimi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of a purchase already made.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
