By downloading, installing, or using Custom Aim: Aim Trainer (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Omar Altamimi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App; (c) distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App to any third party; (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
All content within the App, including but not limited to crosshair designs, map environments, graphics, sounds, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of Omar Altamimi and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omar Altamimi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The App is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements during your experience. Ads are shown at natural break points (e.g., between games) and do not interfere with active gameplay. You may be asked to consent to personalized advertising; declining will result in non-personalized ads being shown instead.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
